I still am pissed off him and Roy Jones never fought. I pick him over Calzaghe.

Roy beats them both JC and DM handily and DM beats JC in very close but in brutal fight.

I think he would wear Calzaghe down with his right crosses and stop him late.

 

tough call this one, but I'd probably favor JC slightly over DM

 

I think Calzaghe wins this in a very close, hard fought encounter.

 

Joe was significantly better than dm in my opinion.

I think it takes a special talent to beat Joe between 168 & 175. You need elite timing, speed and accuracy.

Joe has a huge workrate, elite stamina and a solid chin. He will almost certainly outland anyone he fights so you have to make your punches worth more. Dm has a good jab and can bang but he's no better than say Kessler who Joe handily beat.

dm had his five minutes at the top of the division unifying 4 belts. But the level of his opposition dropped below that of other lhws and he soon lost his place at the top. I just can't see him overcoming the workrate of Joe.

Michalewski would not be top 3 in todays 168 division. Perhaps not even top 5.

Enough said.

 

Kessler&Froch average as they come. Nothing special both of them, sure they would give some to think about for DM.

 

Skill wise DM, Kessler and Froch are about the same. The major difference is that DM hits a lot harder and has a much better offense.

 

He probably wouldn't make the weight without the help of a chronic bout of diarrhea.
