I was fairly impressed with clev tonight,ok he was against a limited opponent but stepped it up with some nice variety and got the guy out of there.

 

I liked it when he counted Hawk out and let him continue...

 

See this is the thing that annoys me when he slows himself down I feel Cleverly hits hard enough to gain respect IMO. He enjoys throwing the 10 punch combos that have not a lot about them.

 

Why no nickname for Cleverley?

 

He'd need to be at one of his top gears but if he was i'd expect him to trouble Cleverly. Cleverly has speed and volume which Hopkins wouldn't like but i do worry about Cleverly if made to think.

Playing checkers with Hawk is far different to playing Chess with Hopkins.

 

Hopkins might not want it with Cleverly british commentators at their best
