It's not a matter of one punch, but a whole lot of punches. Montiel was too cautious and get starched. Mares' relentless pressure would give Donaire a lot of problems. Look at the Concepcion fight.

 

He said no to Santa Cruz as he is not at that level yet. He called out Donaire dude. That needs to be made first. You cant hate on that....

I think Moreno hurt Mares to both body and head.

Props to both men, quite an ugly fight but good nonetheless, thought Mares pulled it out by making the fight and scoring a knockdown. The deducted point was bull****, perhaps Mares should've had one deducted, but thats how it goes....

 

**** Mares. He is one dirty ass mother ****er, and mother **** these crooked ass refs that Golden Boy pays off. Mares should have been DQ'd for multiple low blows in every round. Yet the opponent gets deducted a point for phantom head pull downs. Mares also got credit for a phantom knock down. It also looked like Moreno may have got ripped off a knockdown at the end of round. 9 or 10. Did Mares' glove touch the canvas after that body shot? That judge that gave Moreno no rounds needs to be indefinitely suspended.

 

this is getting annoying. Oscar had them rate Moreno top 10 p4p in his company's Magazine so they could make Mares look all extra good.
Came by with his payed off ref that'll ignore low blows and call fake knockdowns with dumb penalties
and paying off judges.

I hope Donaire knocks Mares out
