Had Lara winning on my card. I honestly dont care who won this fight because Canelo would duck the winner anyway.

How did he quit? The ref stopped the fight by the advice of the doctor. Who are you trying to fool now? I'm not saying Vanes fought the fight of his life, but he did hang in there with Lara. Lara was at most winning only by 2 rounds at that point, hardly a landslide.

 

Lara is absolute garbage. I hope i dont have to watch this garbage fighter ever again. Quit embarassing us Mexican and Mexican Americans by wearing our colors. ****in joke!

 

Youre an idiot if you thought lara was winning every rounds. Clearly proved youre either a bandwagon lara fan or just plain dumb.

 

I thought Lara was winning also, but can't complain about the draw. Lara would land two or three straight left hands each round, but wouldn't do **** else, but be on his horse. When the other guy is throwing more punches, you get bad judging. Lara left himself open for the draw, although he was the only one landing meaningful punches in the fight. The fight stunk. Lara seemed tentative, and respected Martirosyan way too much in my opinion. Hopefully they go their seperate ways. One day Lara will learn to bring his A game every fight.

 

Why would Canelo bother with either of these two guys when he has his eyes set on better opponents (COtto, FLoyd and Martinez)?

Since when? Canelo has always wants to fight Mayweather. Gbp was the one at first didnt want to put canelo in the ring with mayweather because oscar said canelo wasnt ready. But now oscar feels canelo is ready and canelo told them he wants one of those 3 fighters next.

 

His trainer said they made the decision to turn down the fight. This talk about taking on a big name next is talk until proven otherwise and Alvarez deserves no credit for it at all.

Don't think it matters, Canelo wrecks either one of them. I mean Lara, if he were to literally run all night MIGHT have a chance to win a lame decision but I doubt it. If Lara was afraid of Vanes power, imagine what he'll think when he gets in with Canelo. Furthermore Canelo is more explosive and athletic than he looks, I think he's flat out better than Lara or Vanes.
