the sanders fight was a defining moment in wlad's career and it did 2
    things :

    1. it showed how mentally strong wlad is. to come back from that, redefine yourself as a fighter and reclaim top spot in a division which will always have big punchers deserves respect because thats a difficult thing to achieve

    2. it made wlad change the way he fought. someone said in another post earlier that wlad intimidates people with his size, not his aggression.
thats true, but that wasnt the case before the sanders demolition, but it was a necessary change after it

wlad is a terrific boxer, but those whiskers are always going to be a sticking point in any fantasy debate against any other HW

people using 'quality of opposition' to downplay wlad, though, are doing it all wrong - a fighter can only beat the best opposition available, just ask anderson silva

I think the only fighter that can give Wlad hell is Arreola because of His great punch, intense pressure and granite chin, at least make Wlad sweat. For achievement a victory over Povetkin could increase his resume.

What you're describing is peak. In your opinion what is the difference between prime and peak?

Is that why he was beaten by two black fighters in the last era?

Unless they understand the history of every fighter in the top 10, their opponents and their era's than an it's just an opinion. An opinion that has yet to be shared by people who do understand these things because his career is not over.

His career isn't even over yet and he's already established himself as a consensus heavyweight top 10 all-time great. Even more impressive.

Well that should be great for you and make it easy to give links to all these credible sources who rank him top 10 all time. I know I asked you this last night and you ducked it like a Vitaly-Byrd rematch, but maybe I'll have more luck today! :yep

It took you exactly one minute to answer my last post not directed to you. Now that I've directed a question you can't answer your way you've up and disappeared. Go figure!

Lol, so not agreeing with your opinion or those who agree with you is "irrational hate"? This is exactly why the Klits are put down on these forums.....because of their ridiculous fans who judge everyone who doesn't agree with them. Nice work! :good

Yeah jab, it's just "hate" that causes people to not buy into the ridiculous notion, that Mariusz Wach is some sorta stepping stone to all-time great Heavyweight immortality.
