Yeah London is crazy expensive. Was having a look at property prices around areas like Chelsea and I was shocked at how little you get for your money. 1 mil would not be enough for London. I would not move to London unless I was super rich. Mind you, if I was super rich, I'd probably pick New York over London anyway.

Evander Holyfield is another example of someone who done ****ed up big time. To earn what he did and then have to sell his belts? It's shocking. If I got paid £250k for a fight, the first thing I would do is buy a property. At least I would have some income coming in right away. This guy made millions per fight, I don't understand how he could **** that up.:-(

 I did feel a bit sorry for him when I heard he had to sell his belts but when you hear stuff like that I can understand why most have no sympathy for him. Didn't his mansion have like 109 bedrooms or something?

Watching it live and watching it on TV, I felt Chisora did well. Haye may have won the rounds but he did not look very convincing to me at all. You only needed to listen to the crowd to know how they felt during the fight.

tyson made 300 million and was declared bankrupt, its not surprising really, these people are fighters and usually arent educated and from v.poor backgrounds, they dont know how to look after large sums of money and they get clingers on. but youre right first thing id do is get property, buy myself somewhere to live so i dont have to worry then at least you know youve covered yourself if the boxing goes tits up

 Yeah i remember watching it and 13 toilets and loads of bedrooms your probably right. I sat there thinking ''this guys gone in the head...''.

TBH he refused John H Stracey a autograph. He's a weird fella TBH.

Evander had a boxing glove shaped swimming pool

Bowe had a mansion built after his first win against Holyfield, he built a bloody kitchen in his bedroom! :D

Thats a really poor show from Holyfield about the autograph; thats one thing Tyson would never do, regardless of his antics he always seems to have alot of respect for anyone who boxes and he knows the sports history.

Admitedly I was pretty out of my head on morphine when I watched the fight live, but I do remember that it was reasonably close until the end.

I thought Haye seemed more in control and always looked like winning but it certainly wasn't an absolute shut-out.

    Was it?!

I'm more surprised that Bowe didn't make a multi-tier mansion in the shape of a burger.
