Typical bull**** already having a Top Rank fighter lined up but it's Floyd who's ducking.

The Mayweather fight isn't happening and I'm bemused by those that are still expecting it to happen. So with that in mind Rios is a decent opponent for Pacquiao. He's young, new and coming off a good win. Sure his level isn't up to that of Pacquiao's but neither was Ortiz's when he was picked by Mayweather. All he had was a win over one Andre Berto. Since then he's gone on to prove that he still belongs down with the rest of them in that lower tier (Khan, Garcia, Rios, Alexander and so on). Pacquiao's just picking an opponent from the same talent pool. Right after fighting Bradley (the young undefeated african american that everyone was calling for) and Marquez (the one everyone now is convinced Pacquiao will lose to). Can't exactly accuse him of taking easy fights there.

Floyd, "Pac has to leave Arum to fight me". Pac has a contract. Not hard to figure this one out now is it?

Rios has beat 1 top ten guy @ 140. Matthysse, Garcia and Peterson have all done more to get that fight. Rios does bring more relentless aggression which is better for excitement purposes.

Good fight for the first 5 rounds.

    Pac mid to late ko.

All 3 were close....none were robberies but I think Juan won the 3rd fight....Pac won the rematch and the first was a draw....even though the draw came by way of judges' mistake.

At least Ortiz was highly ranked at WW. Rios has one fight at JWW against another fighter barely in the top 5.
