my friend says devon alexander is the current hardest hitting welter in the division

This is basically what I told him, whn Alexander really sits on shots e can be a devastating hitter. But he says because Alexander was able to lift urango in the air with a punch he believes THAT'S what makes him the hardest hitter, based solely on that reason and that reason alone.
