Dio mio! that had to be the longest round in a half in the history of boxing or at least felt like it. that was a war while it lasted.

Benn vs Barkley is a gunslinger fight though I am angered that it didnt get to continue because of the 3 knock down rule and on top of that Benn fouled Barkley blatantly throughout the whole fight.

Just to clarify when you say kill or be killed do you mean a reckless warrior/brawler or just somebody who goes for the knockout everytime? For example id say Tommy Morrison was kill or be killed because of his power and weak chin but Tyson wasn't necessarily reckless but he was all business and wanted to hurt you.

Did anyone mention Tommy Hearns yet?

The attack minded guys with big punching power and the ability to end a fight at any time, but have a problem keeping their ass off the canvas.....

Their records tend to look like this when its all said and done.......

    31(27)-11(9)-2,

Usually had bad management and took fights on short notice........

That line defines Little Red's entire career. I know for sure that he hit the canvass at least 10 times in various fights he won. There were probably other knock downs that I don't remember. Out of 42 wins only 1 fight lasted more than 10 rounds. He won the featherweight title in a 15 round decision. 1 win was a DQ win, and one was a 10 round UD. He retired with 6 losses, and 5 of those were KO losses. Chacon stopped Danny in 9 rounds. Salvador Sanchez took his title when he stopped him in 13, and Sanchez won the rematch in 14 rounds. One KO loss happened in his ill fated comeback attempt after he was old.
