Arum will never make that fight, he's feeding Rios to Pac and not letting him fight anyone good until then. Abril rematch will never happen nor will a fight with Garcia or Matthysse cause they all beat him with ease.

well no he's not but skill wise he has far more tools than Rios and is better at most things, doesn't take a genius to see that. why does rios have more skill, what does rios do better in your opinion?

 

Mares is the biggest attraction in the weight class, but he is chasing after Donaire.
I'd say Oscar would be better off negotiation for a Garcia - Rios fight that GBP promotes solo, than trying to force a Rios Matthaysse fight right now.
