Wouldn't that be a great story?

Wladimir Klitschko's new coach defeats the best rising American heavyweight.

    Banks is 5/1 underdog.

Emanuel Steward's spirit is with you, Johnathan. Good luck.

    WAR BANKS

I still dont know what is the theme of this fight?
Is Banks brought there to be butchered there by Mitchell and being his stepping stone or what?

Can someone plz tell what the hell is Banks going to do if he wins this fight?:huh

Banks has got a decent chance of landing on Mitchells eggy chin, i mean Witherspoon almost KO'd Mitchell, so it's only time before someone finishes him off.

Can't see why he's 5-1, the bookies must be drinking the mitchell kool-aid

Mitchell vs. Banks is a WBC semi-final eliminator.

The winner probably will have to face the winner of Arreola vs. Stiverne.

Wtf, that is what I thought too.

Anyways I think Mitchell will brutalise Banks... I would love to see Banks landing some good punch on him thou before going down.

Agreed, mate. WBC is a mess these days.

Fury is facing Johnson now but this fight is not scheduled as an eliminator.

But Fury vs. Boytsov was scheduled as a WBC eliminator though. A ****ing mess...

Banks is up against a beast in Mitchell. And that one week after coaching Wladimir's fight with Wach. And Emanuel's passing...

A lot of pressure on Johnathan. It would be a miracle if pulls of the upset tonight.

    I'm a believer.

Even though I am picking Mitchell by ko, I realize fully that he is still just a prospect.

Along with many others, I would be greatly disappointed if he lost, I don't think it would considered a great upset if Banks won.

Banks is way to small. He will get blown out.

Arreola-Stiverne is gonna be for the title if Vitali calls it a day on dec 17..
Mitchell-Banks is a classic HBO hypejob manufacturing matchup actually, some respectable, relatively sound boxer preferably with a rather weak chin against some physically much stronger hype. well that works out as its supposed to almost all the time but in that case I'm not so sure.. Banks has solid reflexes, knows ow to put in his shoulder in and can clinch, has a jab and can counter punch.. hes got pretty much all tools needed to expose Mitchell imo if his chin won't let him down too soon

Banks is the better schooled boxer IMO.

I cant see why he would be a big under dog.
