What sort of a clown are you? Im talking about fighters fighting within their own weight divisions. Of course Lewis would destroy any fighter under 175.
I love to watch the second round of the Golota-Bowe 2 fight especially the first knockdown was very cool.
People forget that Bowe was retired by Golota, but Golota no doubt sustained damage himself and was in bad shape before this fight. The Golota that stepped into that ring with Bowe doesn't get wrecked by Lewis. The only real war Lewis was in was with Vitali and he was lucky the man got cut.
... Lewis wasn't lucky. He lost the first rounds, yes. He got outfighted on the outside, yes. He adjusted went inside and nearly threw Vitali his head through the roof with an uppercut. Vitali is just that iron chinned. Vitali would have lost anyway, he still did very nice for being such a big underdog. He doesn't have the punching power to get Lewis early before adjustments, and his inside game was too weak to get the kill after Lewis took it to the inside.
those are HWs from the "weak" era by the way. Why do they take out a HW from the "strong" era so easy?
Lewis was a H2H beast. I think only Ali definitively beats him on his best night. Tyson and Holmes are 50/50 fights.
A hell of a lot more than half the time. Lennox was susceptible to quick, early knockouts. Tyson specialized in knocking people out quick and early. I don't think Lewis could have dealt with that hyper whirlwind young Tyson style.
