Ward is one of the best boxers in the game.

But being a world champion, means you should fight everywhere around the world, its not like Ward is a Floyd Mayweather type boxer who can sell out PPV time and again. Even Floyd wants to fight in England, Ward has yet to show he wants to fight outside Oakland, let alone the US. It took a fair bit to get him to Atlantic City......

Yeah publicity, I'd rather he was more active in the ring than on twitter! 1 fight in the last 12 months isn't enough :-(

He beat your euros without breaking a sweat. All before he was even on his prime.

    Deal with it

    Due to an injury, yes.

He's just dusted off the main man at 175lbs, and is fighting Pavlik next in January, so I wouldn't worry about his inactivity.

My euros, I guess you're talking out of your arse mate.

Yes, he beat all of them rather convincingly, but like so many world champions before him, he should fight and please fans all over the world. He has roots in Europe too.

I'd like to see him fight Kessler in Denmark personally, I think he'd shut up a lot of people.

no it's not enough for a fighter of his calibre. I personally would love to see more of him but lets be honest it aint happening unless it is not completely on his terms. Hell, it had to on his terms when he wasn't a champ so he is no doubt going to be even less lightly to take risks now. Great fighter he is but he has the wrong attitude as a champ for me to be completely sold on him.

I really hope Froch doesn't have a Twitter account. Please, please Carl don't bother making a Twitter account.

Ward has HBO he doesnt need Europe

I don't blame Ward for not putting himself in position for Froch to get some hometown cooking.

Besides he beat him good enough 1st time, there is nothing more to be seen between these two in the ring.

Basically came out of nowhere like Winky Wright who also fought in europe. Ward won a gold medal, and is now established. No need

Carl Froch has a lesser claim of "home advantage" than Mikkel Kessler, for sure. I just think Ward should fight Kessler in Denmark, if not for the money, to shut people up generally, a lot of people criticize him for being a home fighter.

I think he'd beat Kessler convincingly at this point, anywhere in the world.
