Joe Mesi Vs Seth Mitchell

Mitchell. mesi wasn't that good, and his chin was made of glass.

 

When you have two glass jawed fighters, I'll go with the one who has the better skill. Messi would KO mitchell.

 

I can't really say that Mitchell is glass jawed. His chin may not be the best, but Mesi was on ***** street several times, and struggled to even finish fights.

 

Any man who gets buzzed by a ****ing jab tells you he has a glass jaw.

 

Mesi was just as much of a fraud as people think Mitchell is. Mitchell didn't get buzzed by a jab. Chazz hit him with numberous bombs, and Seth didn't go down. Mesi was knocked down by punches from light-hitting heavyweights.

 

Not talking about Chazz I'm talking about Timor.
But Chazz did catch him with a right and have him ready to go, but his own ineptness saw him flurry and then come in reckless and get caught his damn self.

 

Mesi didn't have a bad chin. He was dropped once by Barrett, and was fine afterward. However, what a lot of people don't know... is that Mesi had a car door split his eye open a few weeks out from the fight. Rather than call off the fight, he just didn't train for the last few weeks and fought anyways. Which is why his eye went bananas durng that fight and he was heavy and out of shape.

The only other fight that he got hurt in was against Jirov. He was absolutely destroying Jirov to the point that the fight should have been stopped until the 9th round, when Jirov hit him with a brutal punch to the back of the head that caused a subdural hematoma! Mesi did not even remember the last (10th) round of the fight. He came out, and survived the 10th round on nothing but pure heart and will to finish. We shouldn't be bashing Mesi for barely finishing the fight... we should be praising the man for the heart that it took to actually continue on fighting with bleeding on the brain from an illegal punch to the brain stem.

 

Probably Mitchell by ko, but Mesi's the better boxer and could have just as well have KO'd Mitchell.

 

I reall don't know the answer. I would have to watch more of Mitchell before I can make that prediction.

 

Well... after watching more of Seth Mitchell. Mesi would win.
