Condit deserves an immediate rematch, and I want to see it. Loved this fight. Lay and pray? I didn't see this as lay and pray. Good fight.

wrestling an stuff is fine if your getting something done. But GSP does a lot of lay and praying / holding guys down / winding down the clock to score points. Pretty lame.

At best he does what sonnen did to silva in their first fight. He might be more lucky and win the UD.

But the odds of Silva knocking gsp out are far higher imo.

GSP wins 4-1, pretty clear in my book. Even in the round that Carlos won, he really only did it off of one kick, and GSP went right back to get on top and finish the round dominant.

GSP did more work on top that he is getting credit for. I think that Condit's face and the messy canvas is proof of that. However, I would like to see GSP a little more aggressive. He still always worries me on his feet.

Pretty great performance for a guy coming off of that layoff with that injury.

I really like GSP, classy champion. But Hendricks is looking unstoppable at this point.

He doesn't really. He is always working for something. He is just a technical master. He is probably the smartest fighter in the game. He does precisely what he needs to do to win, and if he happens to get the finish, that is just the cherry on top. He isn't particularly concerned with what the fans think, and that is actually a trait I respect. He fights smart, works hard, and gets the win. It's up to his opponents to stop that, not up to him to accomodate his opponent and the fans.

That may not have made sense, but I can't be held accountable.

Here in the UFC, I don't see GSP going up and beating Silva, Silva going up and beating Jon Jones, and don't see Jon Jones going up and beating Dos Santos. I think all three guys are at the peak of their divisions and can't lose to smaller guys but won't beat the champion of the higher division either.

i dont know maybe my expectations are high and the real MMA fans will probably say i dont know what im talking about but he seems so dynamic as a fighter and athlete and gets to the ground and then it just goes away

maybe im too harsh a critic

    guy shoots a great takedown

To be honest, I don't see it at all nececcry for any of them to move up at all. They can all go ahead an continue doing what they are doing, and I am fine with it. I don't think that just because you are dominant in one weight class that you are required to move up and fight the champion in the weight class above. If it happens, it's cool, but I don't hold it against any fighter that doesn't want to do it.
