haha, Froch is top drawer in so many ways. Short of the purists I don't know why anyone can actually hate on the man. I get that people don't like aspects of his entire package, but he's surely great for the sport we love?

 

Froch is the man. I thought he was your typical trash-talker earlier in his career who would say one thing and do another but he has taken on the best, home and away and given us some great nights.

He has brought a sense of pride to British Boxing and I hope he inspires future boxers to test themselves against the best and also promoters to pit their fighters in competitive or even dangerous match-ups with less worry about a loss on their record.

Ideally the animosity between rival promoters and fighters should be replaced with mutual respect and a fair and reasonable business relationship, yes you can laugh at the fish eyes comment but it would be beneficial for the fans and all parties involved if bridges were built and the sniping stopped.
