Floyd and Duran have completely different styles, it is difficult to compare.

Certainly, Duran was much more versatile offensively.Floyd always thinks defense first.

Overall, Duran is the better fighter, but on pure technique Flyod has the edge.

 

Overall, I think James Toney has a slight edge in terms of skills over Floyd.
Counterpunching, power, offensive arsenal seem to slightly favour James.
