We dont have stadiums that big. Biggest is Parken in Copenhagen that can and has done 38000 for football. Record is 42000 but some seats has been removed. 30000-35000 can and has been done for boxing.
Does Ward know where Vegas is? Or wont he go there either? Plus how can 9k in the US probably not even sold out, possibly be better than 50k in a packed out stadium?
Ward has fought in Atlantic city which is similiar to Vegas. I see no issue as to why he wouldnt fight in Vegas. Theres no 50k seater in Denmark as has been mentioned and theres no where in Nottingham that holds 50k either. Theres only a select few places in Britain that holds that kind of crowd, and its debateable whether they'd be able to simply get one of those stadiums, and if they did, they're NOT getting 50k at the fights. As for your question about which place is financially better. Theres this thing called TV revenue...... How many Americans are going to tune into a fight thats on in the middle of the afternoon?
how can calzaghe fans be desperate? their guy has been an undefeated all time great thats been retired for years how is that desperate?
All these stiff as a board sluggers think that if they get ward in their hometowns, the somehow wouldn't sustain the same twelve round beating they got last time, wtf
