It's funny you should say that.I can remember at several points through the first four rounds thinking;"If Froch survives these onslaughts and only gets beat by five or six points(therefore doing enough to earn a rematch),then Bute's really going to pick him apart in the rematch and stop him late" Then in the last round against Grachev,I pondered,"Froch isn't really much better than Grachev, and Lucien's really done a job on this guy,so I can see him doing a far more clinical(if that's even possible after his surgical dissection of Grachev) job on The Cobra" I think we're onto something.:yep
Although Froch is very over rated in this forum,Bute is even more so.I will be surprised if this fight is even made and if so,it will be at a catch weight.Neither guy performs well when on the road, despite what Froch claims.
:nut When the 5th started, I knew he was taking too many heads shot, these started back in the 3rd, I thought bute got baited into brawl, an was little off his boxing game. Keep in mind bute a boxer/puncher, he brawls in a lot of his fights, but he boxes at another level, you could see some great stuff when he had his moments. Sorry if you didn't see him countering froch, an landing nice upper cuts. I thought bute lost 3 rounds in his last match, I thought he did more in his closer rounds, an saw bute not going all out so he can gets some rounds under his belt an take some punches.... well 2013 we just might see bute not just beating froch, but taking care UNFINISHED BUISNESS on froch's part, a nice beatdown of ward
Where Bute gets knocked out but the referee lets him continue and then Froch either gets disqualified for punching Bute in the face or robbed on the cards.
