Who would be the victor in a fight between Shannon Briggs from the Lewis fight and the Corrie Sanders who knocked out Wladimir Klitschko?

Sanders by KO against younger Briggs. Older Briggs had so much steroids in him even Vitaly couldn't drop him.

I think Sanders would have his moments early on, maybe even score a knockdown. Briggs should take this with a late stoppage IMO.

Steroids dont do anything for your chin!

Vitali couldnt drop Briggs because Vitali is an arm puncher.

The skill levels here are not even close. Easy KO for Sanders.

if they dont KO each other early watching them exhausted in round 5 or 6 would not be entertaining

I don't remember Briggs being dropped or even really hurt after he became huge like an elephant. Theres so much **** on the market right now, his neck became 3 times thicker and he probably took some **** that helped him to last longer and absorb more punishment.
Vitaly is very heavy handed, his arm punches KOed a lot of HWs.
compare this Briggs to the one who was KOed by Wilson

Young Briggs was a top class fighter.

He easily has enough to beat Sanders.

Sanders had VERY little skill. He had power and had speed but he punched WILDLY with very little technique.

Young Briggs was actually a pretty solid fighter with a good jab.

At that stage of Sanders career he was KO'd by a guy called Nate Tubbs in the 2nd round

I disagree. He punched highly accurate.

Case in point: A dry left hook right on Vitali's chin in round 2 that had Vitali on ***** street worse than any bomb that Lewis dropped on him.

I agree though that Briggs was overall more skilled. Let's face it, Sanders never had a fully professional management, no professional camp and doesn't have any amateur background to speak of. Briggs in his prime was a properly managed and trained athlete.

young Briggs was not really that good, he clearly lost to ancient Foreman, Mccline and was KOed by Wilson in 3rd.

Sanders in the top shape he was in for Wlad KO's Briggs. Briggs had power and some skill but no stamina and no defense. Sanders would take him out in a brawl, probably inside 6.
