Andre S.O.G. Ward would have given prime RJJ FITS and outpoint him 10-2 / 9-3

    Too slick, too much infighting/outfighting ability. The only 168er I imagine COULD beat him would be Joe Calzaghe but that's also a toss up. Calzaghe/Ward would have been a great great match.

    Team SOG

    Ward would never stop RJJ (Prime) but he would outpoint the hell out of him. Too much head movement, too fast, too much lateral movement, would have taken RJJ's left hook/straight right out with his skills, iron chin.

    Nope. Would have turned out similar to Hopkins-RJJ.

    Hopkins prime vs Ward is a better match up.

    Yes he's fought heavy punchers (Abraham, Bika, Froch, Dawson among others)

    Roy Jones by unanimous ****....i think Ward is difficult to deal with and cant really see anyone around his weightclass beating him to be honest..but roy in his pomp was something else, id also pick Calzaghe to beat Ward but thatd probably be abit closer 7 rounds to 5 sorta thing.

    looking in your archives and finding a video of ward getting tagged is not valid proof he doesn't have a iron chin. Since this time he has won the super 6 faced the best guys in his division who are known to be hard hitters and he has dominated them. His chin is clearly rock solid and there is such a thing as development. I guess you must be the same bum you was 5 years ago as you are now.

    I could show you a video of ward getting hit by froch after the bell in the middle rounds, ward had his hands by his side and didn't even flinch when froch tagged him in the face. Who at SMW can hurt ward's chin?
