Its a Shame Broners not as confident in KOing Burns as his fans are as he seems to think it would go the distance.

 

But Burns should go to the USA and get robbed like Lennox and Felix Sturm?

 

Most Burns fans realise it's a huge,though not impossible task to beat Broner who seems to really be benefitting from the extra weight,but the double standards here are astounding.
Burns would be the laughing stock of the forum if he'd said he wouldn't travel to the US to fight Broner and I suspect if Broner hadn't been fighting at the weekend there wouldn't be the same willingness to overlook what he said.
No one's ducking anyone,but let's not act like there's no double standard at play here,because there's a big fat ****er of a double standard running right through this thread.
Burns cops a lot of unnecessary hate here,when if most of the people slating him knew what he was like they'd see there's not much to hate about him.
Just because he's the best opponent for Broner doesn't mean he's some piece of **** with a big mouth and a bad attitude.

Sturm landed almost double the punches Oscar did...got a defeat

In comparison with them two robberies the Dirrell fight isnt even on the radar. Lets not forget their wasnt british judges...where as the Sturm and De La Hoya fights did have american judges and were complete robberies of the worst kind

Lennox fought a fight and landed 3x as many punches.

the stats for Dirrell were far closer and Froch didnt spend the entire time hugging and faking. Dirrell was at fault for the loss, if he didnt have such a yellow streak as seen in the Super6 he could have got the win.
