Sanders was nothing special ... Briggs isn't much better but he wins this

Klittards don't seem to understand that he was a golfer and only looked dominant against weak competition and the Klits ... Rahman who is a "bum" nearly ended his career

The Briggs that fought Lewis would rip Corrie apart. Lets be honest, if Corrie never beat Wlad no one would rate him.

Dude didn't even take boxing seriously like that and was rightfully a 40-1 underdog against an olympic gold medalist, heavyweight champion like wlad

The fact that he completely destroyed Wlad shows how poor the heavyweight division is today and how weak of a champion Wlad is

Wlad may have improved under the tutelage of Steward but facing someone with fast hands and decent power will still give him major problems .... Sanders would still be a HUGE threat to Wlad today and he'd still get KOed early by him IMO

Wlad is lucky he's fighting large, overweight, out of shape guys with minimal skill and no real athleticism or speed

Was the division poor in the 80s when Tyson was the unified champ? what about when a former LHW beat Evander Holyfield for the title and then lost to a fossil from the 70s?

Sanders was a very skilled HW and could have achieved much more in his career had he been more dedicated. R.I.P.

Ah so Sanders blew away Wlad 10 years ago and that shows how weak the HW division is today. Right that makes sense

Just like Torrecampo knocking out Pacman in 1996 shows how weak the welterweight division is today, right? By your deluded logic Pacman was a terribly weak champion because he was knocked out 15+ years prior.

Pacman was also a terribly weak champ after he got knocked out by Torrecampo?

Oh and Pacman was 27 fights in when he got knocked the **** out in by unheralded Singsurat. So again, Pacman must be terribly weak if he got knocked out *TWICE* by bums 10+ years ago. Just like Wlad :deal

What about Jack Dempsey who famously got knocked out by nobody journeyman Jimmy Flynn in his 35th fight. Dempsey also sucked huh, weak era and all?

Dempsey didn't get KTFO 3 times by journeymen

Flynn was hardly a "nobody" when he fought in title fights before ... and there is controversy and suspicion as to what actually happened in that fight between Flynn and Dempsey and many believe it may have been a fix

That was Dempsey's 3rd year as a pro anyway .. .Wlad had been an established boxer for 7 years when he got KTFO

Sanders (RIP) on that particular night would wreck a whole bunch of guys rated above him in most estimations, Briggs included.

What about 03 Sanders vs 90 Douglas? :yep.

Neither were Brewster nor Sanders yet you call them journeymen. Between the two they they have 8 world title fights :deal

Either Pacman and Dempsey are 'weak' and so is Wlad. Or neither of the three is 'weak' because of their KO losses. You can't have one and the other, deal with it.
