I have a feeling all this depends much more Sauerland than on K2. They have to decide which lamb they lead to the slaughterhouse first and they've been very hesitant in the last couple years.

Remember they have carefully avoided fights for Povetkin and Valuev over the last 5 years. I think they'll do anything they can in order to allow Povetkin to avoid Wlad while keeping his paper WBA belt.

IMO they'd rather send in Pulev (on RTL) than risk Povetkin.

I guess either Boystov or Povetkin. Think its 50/50 between those two.

    Should be Povetkin

Wlad is smart for staying active and fighting as much as he can ... he has like 3 elite years left in him still

Povetkin, Pulev, Boytsov. Pointless fighting anyone else, and the others won't fight him.

Povetkin has rightfully ducked Wlad. I would too if I was him.

Povetkin is the best choice for March. He's a top 3-4 heavyweight, undefeated, and Wlad has to face him anyways. If Wlad doesn't face Povetkin until summer than I'd guess Boystov or Huck probably get the March fight.

Povetkin would of been a good fight a few years ago. If the current fat version of him shows up it will be another dissapointment.
Id like to think he get in the best shape of his life for Wlad, then that would be a nice fight for him and one id like to see.

I would like to watch that fight anyways. Banks really took away a fun fight for Klitschko. HBO would have picked up that Klitschko fight, and American fight fans would have loved it.

Aye. I wonder if they think he's not going to end up following through again and they're not going to bother an inch of stepping toward him.

 Man, Povetkin is all fat now, in this incarnation.

229, there, for Rahman, like Huck, fat as ****.

After the Chambers match, 227, looking like David Beckham on the cover of British Brad Pitt Monthly.

Man, he has gained an enormous amount of weight and gone from naturally shredded to unnaturally, morbidly obese in these four years and two pounds.
