I'm honestly still confused on that whole situation.. Morales' past tests were covered up, that I'm quite sure of.. Just not sure if it was GoldenBoy doing the covering, or USADA. If USADA didn't inform them about the failed tests yet continued to test him they're on some crazy ****.. I don't see how it's worth it for a few boxers.. But if it's GoldenBoy just passing over the failed tests and acting like nothing happened until he passed one, I don't know if we can blame USADA.. Do they have anything stating they won't test a fighter once they're dirty? But yes, if USADA are actually the ones covering up failed tests for Morales they surely would for Floyd.

They didn't cover up **** for Morales. The results were made public very quickly after he tested positive, he claimed food contamination and they retested him until the results came back clean. What else were they supposed to do?

That's a good question, and I couldn't answer with any certainty. It's certainly possible though. There are plenty of reasons why, one of which could be something as simple as a bribe. I'm not for a second suggesting that a bribe has happened, that'd be absurd, but my point is, if USADA are hiding things, the reason could literally be anything.
