Where's the "maybe" option Jack? We only have circumstantial evidence on Floyd which points out to him probably using PEDS, but one thing that cannot be denied is GBP and USADA are shady as phuck. Bunch of filthy, greedy hypocrites. One can't and shouldn't underestimate the power of unbridled greed.
Didn't a similar thing come up with Peterson testing positive and the results only being told to a certain party? Starting to think it's part of the contract on who's told what.. Wish boxers who've undergone this type of testing would speak up.
Failed to report to who? They were contracted by the fighters to test and provide results to them, were they not?
That's what I'm wondering.. Since this has been questioned and brought up more than once I can only come to the conclusion that it's written in the contract who's notified when.. If not, shouldn't people be able to do something for a violation of contract? Surely if it's that big of an issue someone would have done this right?
Definitely. They can't just withhold test results from someone they're being paid to provide them to and not be open to a lawsuit.
exactly why goldenboy only wants to work with usada. they have a confidential agreement between the parties. they keep the results from going public like what supposedly happened in floyds case. this is an old practice that was done in 2002 with nsac. positive test results were kept secret from the public
another violation of the wada act that usada follows, a violation of their own rules. usada took the power into their own hands and destroyed the results when they r not allowed to. conte said goldenboy and usada must be investigated since they broke wadas rules of disposing the results
So again, who did they fail to report to? Not the people they were contracted to report to, so where's the cover up?
Why wouldn't/couldn't both promoters and parties put in the contract that they're ALL informed of positive tests for ALL fighters involved? Why would these guys sign on to take PED tests where only one party gets informed of a positive result? Sounds dumb as **** for business professionals, but maybe I'm just confused...
