Of course I'm extending it because Xylocaine is used in certain therapeutic procedures which is what I'm trying to say(sorry if it sounded wrong). It's not some pixel dust that cures your hands magically.

Doctors have been taking care of Floyd's and many boxers hands for decades and certain drugs are used in some of their procedures, Xylocaine happens to be one of them.

Just the guys with sensitive hands. :good Guys with naturally strong hands like Manny Pacquiao and Marco Antonio Barrera don't need that sorta therapy. Those guys have iron fists.

    It is an anesthetics.

    It numb pains, nothing more.

It won't relieve inflammation or swelling, it won't hasten muscle recovery. Steroids does that.

I really have never encountered someone inject xylocaine, a drug with a half-life of minutes with whatever purpose you have in mind. You must be imagining things. If you want pain relief, take NSAIDS or a stronger morphine based or opioid analgesics. Xylocaine is not used in that context. It is too short acting.

No more so than anyone else in the rest of the sport. Nothing from Montoya or Hauser has made me more suspicious than I am of everyone else who hasn't already been caught.

In the case of Morales, the WBC and the NYSAC were both aware of USADA's results well before the fight and did nothing about it because he wasn't caught by the NYSAC who officially handles drug testing in New York, but if nothing else, at least Garcia was made aware of Morales' positive test and had the choice of whether or not to go on with the fight knowing about it. Had they not contracted USADA to do the testing, nobody would have ever known that Morales had clenbuterol in his system because he wouldn't have been caught by the NYSAC's chicken**** single post fight **** test.

Some of the people that gave testimonies are not 'caught' and are still top cyclists like Levi Leipheimer. There is pretty strong evidence that Armstrong cheated.

To answer the question I think that at least 90% of the top boxers have taken some sort of PEDs at some point of their career. Floyd especially as an Olympian prolly took his vitamins in the past. That said I would be surprised if he is taking PEDs at the moment when he knows that he is being controlled pretty strictly.

    where is the evidence?

Armstrong has more than 600 samples- why not retest it?

It is like a prison rat - they will say anything to get out of the prison.

Now they conserve the samples in conditions that they could be retested in 10 years or more. By the time that Armstrong was winning for whatever reason they were not doing that. That's the only reason they can not retests them. Some of the cyclist that accused him and themselves confessed taking EPO have never been controlled positive either. Why tarnish their careers. I agree though that it is not the bona fide evidence like being caught with the PED. But you know after that athletes start speaking about contaminated meat and stuff

That is not the UCI's protocol!!! Which BTW is not a jurisdicition of USADA.

Where do you read your information.

UCI keeps the sample for `10 years.

they do it know but not by time that Armstrong won the last race. If not they were going to test them. I fallow cycling very closely is not an article that I have red recently. They approved the rule to keep the sample for ten years a couple of years ago.
