    regardless!

all the USADA have against Armstrong were testimonies of former teammates like Hincapie (who got caught), etc.

It was preponderance of witness who all have ulterior motives. Some are never known to achieve anything except as back-ups who finally have their 5 minutes of fame and glory.

Hell yeah he is... That's why he takes a year off after every fight! 9 months on a cycle.. 3 months off! Claims Manny's on PEDS to take the limelight off him... Sounds about right! When will this PED user get all his wins turned to no contest's?

True, Froid Mayweather does seem to take long breaks. Pacquiao fights 2 times a year.
Mayweather looks more suspicious because of his behaviour and long vacations.

It's certainly not out of the realm of possibility.

Same goes to Pacquiao, Innocent until proven guilty.
Mayweathers open their mouths accusing Pacquiao is on steroids.

But Pacquiao on the other hand is just quiet and does not accuse the Mayweathers.

Pacquiao has been taking a lot of crap since 2009.

Both Mayweather and Pacquiao have been randomly tested for PED use outside of training. Both came back negative.

    Voted no.
It's not impossible, but seeing as there's no hard evidence, there's no point making a firm decision now.

I feel the same way about Pacquiao.

All we have at the time being is conjecture based upon rumors.

Is neither fighter innocent before proven guilty?

Say this contract did come to surface and it states GBP has the power to withhold results.
This would still only be circumstantial evidence - it would not directly state that Floyd has failed a drug test.

In the same way Pacquiao refuses to take extra drug testing. It's all conjecture or circumstantial. So why should we pretend to know something that can't be proven?

It'd be bad for boxing but also a little bit funny if he has been cheating.
