this is true but he also beat top notch dudes and had very close fights with Dirrell and Kessler that coulda gone either way (hometown made sense that Froch got it even though I scored it to Dirrell, Kessler edged it imo and Denamerk gave it to their boy but if in England Froch mighta got it). he souldn't be faulted for a couple very close losses for being old school and fighting everyone like a G. Wards number 2 so who cares if he lost to him clearly. Froch is the man and a rarity in the sport.

you are giving him pfpf points for taking fights? He fought those guys because he was in the super 6. Should the Nets get credit for playing the Lakers last night even though they lost?

he could have kept his belt and refused to fight outside nottingham like another ***** we all know of, If Kessler and Froch were as ***** as Ward...he would still have no belts as he wouldnt have left home for them with his glass passport

The same then can be said for Ward run of fights, but with more negativity added seeing as he only fought in the tourney with the condition he had all his fights at home.

Since then Froch busted Bute all Ward could due was tell Bute to prove himself rather than man up and face Bute and get the credit he would have deserved if he`d have fought Bute but insteadhe tried to take credit from Froch beating Bute..

As for Broner time will tell, to me hes already lost a fight to Ponce, As for Demarco he let the red mist come down and handed himself to Broner on a sacrificial platter, Burns will not be so daft

That's usually the way I see it. If a fighter already lost to the best in their division then how can they qualify for pound for pound status?

All respect to Froch though. I do think he could beat Kessler in a rematch - but he hasn't yet. So at present he would still have to be ranked #3 in his own division - behind the two men he lost to - Kessler and Ward.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Froch beats Broner.

Not speaking in a p4p sense, mind you - but h2h.

    :think

Yeah, I'm willing to put my rep on the line and stand by that claim.
