There are more differences than this. Also, I would suggest to you that if Wlad wasn't in his prime for any of his losses, Lewis wasn't in his prime for his first (which is to say he improved dramatically as a fighter after this fight).
Main difference between Lewis and Wladimir is durability and heart. People often say Wladimir's style is the perfect example of Boxing, but he doesn't fights like that because he wants to, he does it because he needs to.
Debatable. But you have a good point...If Wlad was in his prime during 2003, and he is still in his prime in 2010-2012, then it has been too long.

You could argue Wlad hasn't fought as good opposition in his prime. Both have blemishes on their career, you can't count one and discount/ignore the other
