Wlad was never beaten in his prime.

Lennox was beaten in his prime. Twice.

There are more differences than this.

Also, I would suggest to you that if Wlad wasn't in his prime for any of his losses, Lewis wasn't in his prime for his first (which is to say he improved dramatically as a fighter after this fight).

Wlads first loss was not prime but the next two were.

The biggest difference is Lennox had a killer instinct that Wlad can only dream of.

Main difference between Lewis and Wladimir is durability and heart.
People often say Wladimir's style is the perfect example of Boxing, but he doesn't fights like that because he wants to, he does it because he needs to.

Debatable. But you have a good point...If Wlad was in his prime during 2003, and he is still in his prime in 2010-2012, then it has been too long.

They're two parts of the same thing. Wlad the cowardly, Lennox the Lion

You could argue Wlad hasn't fought as good opposition in his prime. Both have blemishes on their career, you can't count one and discount/ignore the other

True....ironically the most exciting fight these two boring fighters ever fought in was when they fought each other...
