    If I call today and just register, will I be able to purchase the fight via my remote control and be able to record it? Cheers

    We will not be allowing registration only today, at periods of high volume the registration signal can be delayed for over 24 hours. The only way we can guarantee viewing is by sending the signal directly to your dish which is an instant signal - this does however block recording

    ive been trying to book through the phone line but its saying it isn't recognising my sky card number and telehpone number

    booked it online and it has seemed to have worked, lets see if it actually does

    On the phone system we have to pair your phone number and viewing card number with Sky's records. Online we pair the viewing card number and postcode, if you got the success message online then your signal has been sent and it will work:good

    it's the same with sky if you order over the phone you can't record. it's to do with the type of signal used.

    Recording on Primetime is exactly the same as any other sky box office channel, you must be previously registered have you phoneline connected and order through the box office menu.

    If you are registering for the first time or do not have a phoneline connected we need to send a direct signal to your dish, unfortuantely that signal blocks recording but that is not something we control
