Does Kell Brook seriously eat steak and brocolli every morning for breakfast?

I heard Kell say this multiple times now. He says under his new diet/training regime, this is what his diet requires.

Is this actually good for him?

I don't think broccoli would be a problem, but too much red meat isn't good for you. I suppose a lot of it depends on what the rest of his diet is like.

I would have though wholemeal carbohydrates are the best thing to eat for breakfast, but then I'm not Kell Brook.

I suppose cutting out the carbs helps him make weight.

It's not uncommon and certainly not bad for you.

Didn't Mike Tyson used to have steak with pasta about 2-3x a day? Not sure if this is true, but that's even more immense.

Ok yeah, there is a very small about of carbohydrate in Broccoli.

He is still cutting them compared to a more traditional oat/grain based breakfast.
