    Dwight Muhammad Qawi

    Matthew Saad Muhammad

    Bob Foster

    Michael Spinks

Michael Spinks is the only name on that list that I would comfortably pick to beat Jones. The rest are difficult pics, but I'm leaning towards Roy.

I wouldn't favor outside boxer types against Jones. They would have little more than a puncher's chance. I don't see anyone beating Jones with a jab. Qawi in theory has a style that can cause Jones problems but Jones was so quick on his feet that Qawi might never catch up to him. On the other hand, Jones couldn't rest against Qawi, bad idea, he would need to keep moving and put a lot into his punches to keep Qawi off of him.

He could beat all..that can certainly be argued.

I'd personally lean towards Foster and Spinks to beat him.

Montel and Harding gave Roy some trouble with the jab and good upper body movement to stifle his swashbuckling two handed attacks...I think thats why Qawi could make some inroads.
Roy's tendency to lay on the ropes and corner himself willingly would have Mr Braxton licking his mustache..but Dwight would never quite get there in 10 tries.

I'm on the same train. IMO Foster and Spinks beat Roy. He might have the others covered.

Just about everyone Jones ever fought "could" have knocked him out, but it didn't happen.

Bob Foster's size and punching power makes him the Tommy Hearns of 175. On paper he should beat anyone. Other than Foster. I'll take Jones over the rest. I think he probbly beats Foster if they fight, but intell they do. I'm going with Foster.

Both Foster and Spinks put Jones to sleep, and brutally. Foster with the left and Spinks with the right.

Bob Foster couldn't hold Roy Jones' jock in any department whatsoever. Foster fought a ridiculous amount of bums in his career and that's where his high KO percentage comes from. If Jones had fought as many bums as Foster did, he would have 95% KO ratio. Also, Foster's chin was certified china. Doug Jones had him doing the funky chicken, Roy Jones would make him eat canvas.
