Rein-fusing blood cells is very easy to do, and whilst Lance wasn't caught with his 'hand in the cookie jar' he did lie under oath about his whereabouts (to avoid tests) and which drug pushing doctors he still still had contact with....

Re-infusing blood cells is the easiest to detect ever. You don't even need a blood chemistry to test that. The giveaway would be your hematocrit, which would obviously be elevated.

600 tests is more than what Berto, Mayweather, Pederson had in their entire career combined. You might even double that and it would not come close.

It's possible. I tend to think no, because he's actually doing some kind of testing and his body doesn't look it. On the other hand, Wlad looks like he has HGH gut and extremely veiny, and Marquez is in the best shape of his life at a higher weight class in his late 30s. I'm not saying these guys are using PED's, but for me it's highly likely while Mayweather is rather unlikely.
