    Brook is naturally a bit chubby so his new diet is probably more protein & less carbs than he previously ate when he did his own nutrition.

    I dont know if he has fillet steak & broccoli for breakfast every day. Whatever he's doing is clearly working for him, Kell looked in very good shape for the Saldivia fight.

    Most (British) boxers pre contest diets are utter shite which is the fault of their (mainly) useless trainers who don't have a clue about weght reduction.
