Yeah this happened to me earlier when watching the Mayweather fight, wasn't even raining. Dunno what it's like now because I turned over and have no intention of putting it back on.

It might have been for some people, I suppose the weather will effect peoples signal, esp a satelite.

When I used to work for Setanta all we used to get was people complaining about signals. It always happened when big matches wer on, sometimes fights e.g Haye Macaranelli and we got told it from the gaffers it was because they had a set amount of subscriptions they could sell and if they wanted more they had to pay more money to whoever owns the satellites.

They just kept subscribing though and told people it was weather problems, even in summer:lol: it was one of the many reasons they went out of business, worst customer service based company i have ever worked for.

Didn't know that mate. TBH I only ever used that channel for the late night boxing from America and Bunces Boxing Hour rather than the football. Guess I got lucky!

Everytime I've had to deal with this mob right back to the Froch fights in the Super Six, they have been completely useless and amateurish.

Have these amateurs worked out how to send an email confirmation to their customers to confirm their purchase yet?

You would think that would be a pretty obvious part of the process.
