I'm pretty sure his rich daddy that used to **** him died and he inherited money/house. Now he's considered clinically insane and receives a disability pension. To pass the time he pretends he has all these professions, he can be whatever he chooses to be on any given day. He doesn't really know who he is or what he wants to be, he craves attention because he never received any as a child. As a result he's a narcissistic, angry loner in his 30's who only has (well thinks he has) friends on the internet. Mummy never loved him, Daddy raped him and what you end up with is a sad, pathetic loser who lives on the internet posting pictures. At the moment he'd like to be a guido, he enjoys watching Jersey Shore and wishes that he could touch a girl who isn't paid for one day. Boxer/bodybuilder/pornstar/fitness model.... those are the things he'd like to be, he wants to be considered alpha because he has no love for himself. If he can trick others into believing that he is worth something then maybe his rage might disappear and he might gain some respect for himself. He's trying to gain love from outside sources because he has no love coming from within. Poor guy. To be honest I don't know why he hasn't killed himself yet. There will come a point when this fruitcake will hurt himself or someone else, he'll have to confront his pathetic facade he's presented at some point and it's not going to be pretty. If I was religious I'd pray for you Anglo. I don't think even the best shrinks could help you at this point. Your self-image isn't based on anything real or anything that isn't superficial, it wouldn't take much for it all to collapse. He's losing his hair and the girls don't care either way, they still think he's a creepy weirdo like always. Please don't **** any girls Anglo, take your issues out in a more positive way. Haha not really a waste at the moment. Coffe + green tea doing the trick. Got a mate who works at holland and barrets and gets 50% off add that to the 50% sale and thats 75% so might stock up on a few things that could be usefull.
The calorie deficit is doing the trick Holland and Barrett are a joke with some of their products. I had a look at their b12 supplement yesterday and they can't even use a decent source of b12 in a supplement that is just b12. You can understand companies using shitty quality ingredients in a multivitamin, but if you're going to sell a specific b12 ingredient, atleast use a decent source.

At the end of chest days I've recently been doing one big bench, so after I'd got my 3x5 on xxx I'll just do my 1rm, I'm just sticking with the same 1 weight as my thinking is ill get used to it and it'll become easy, just wondered what people think, I'm still upping my 3x5 where possible.
Do one at the beginning of a single session not both. Don't do 3x5 then up to your 1rm or the other way round, it won't be good for strength gains. If you really want to up your bench add a dynamic bench day. Also, look up some videos on Westside Barbell dynamic days and the conjugate system and search for Louie Simmons, he's a ****ing god on this stuff.
