Pavlik should have easily won against Hopkins and probably could have best Martinez but he has a booze/binge drinking problem...you are not going to win against top fighters coming in hungover.... he will never do well against top competition until he quits drinking....his window of time is closing, alcohol and binging destroys muscle and strength and screws with the immune system and hormones... he should of quit drinking by now, I give him very little chance against ward unless he quits and catches ward with a hell of a punch

Its not just the booze against HJopkins he couldn't cope with the pivots and footwork of bhop = no shame there but he was schooled.
Against Sergio he was actually starting to wins rounds untill the cut then he seemed to unravel as Martinez work rate improved.
He wont beat Ward hes now just a name that will probably fall to gatekeeper status his power doesnt seem to be there anymore and hes easy to hit

Like it's been pointed out, some of the arguments on here are almost 5 years old now

Only few of us O' Gees still remain.

I must admit, he's doing a hell of a job since 2007 and I've learned to appreciate his posts through the years, some of them are simply pieces of Art. :love

It must be a huge advantage to have a Booradley on your side in an internet debate. :yep

    (It's fine here :hat)

I have said it many times over the years.

Huge advantage is an understatement. All I ever have to do is just quote him and post: :yep, :deal, or even :good.

    Been fun.

The major battles for us was the Calzombies :)cus), ya'll Abrahamers, and the Paul Williams crew.

Turden-Dyler's biggest problem was that just about everything Boo ever said about Abrabum turned out to be true. Kelly was ALWAYS a bad match up for AA. Take AA out of Germany where he can lay on the ropes and throw punches for 30 seconds to win rounds and whatcha got? Woulda been fun watching Pavlik split that guard though. :yep
