Keith has weighed in at or below the welterweight limit only a few times in his career. The last time was four fights back, and before that three years ago. Virtually all of his bouts have been at light middle.

Those featherweights and welterweight are roughly the same height some featherweight kids are taller even. Only difference is weight. If a boxer from the feathers can move up without losing power and speed then they have a good chance at WW.Specially against a fat roid less Berto.
