NO. If he were to beat Khan, Matthysse or Bradley in his next fight then...YES. Berto lost to the guy whom Mayweather knocked out. What makes Berto so special? And if Floyd beats RG people would say he picked on a blown up lightweight (he gets enough crap for fighting JMM). There's no value in beating Guerrero if you're Floyd. Floyd should wait a little longer to see if a better candidate can emerge.

The only way I can be happy with Floyd fighting Guerrero is under this condition: They fight next Spring with the guarantee that if Floyd wins, he'll fight Pac later that year.

 

And winner of that gets a shot at Floyd

 

Guerrero is a fight which Mayweather would fight. He can beat Guerrero and he will probably fight him but he will not fight Manny.
