This is weak sauce excuse. Mayweather brainwashed everyone in to believing that the 2 promoter can't work together and yet they do it all the time.

The fight ain't happening because Floyd isn't allowing it happen. TR and GB and work together just fine.

Lara-Vanes was the first time a GB fighter had taken on a TR fighter since last year. It took place largely because neither company has anything else for the fighters, and of course, was not actually co-promoted by the two. The only co-promoted fight the two companies have worked on in the past 3 years was Gamboa-DPDL, which was similarly a case of no one having any idea what to do with the fighters involved.

I have no idea why you think that Arum and Schaefer's own repeated words and actions about not wanting nor needing to work with each other are somehow part of a grand plot by Mayweather.

this is dissapointing. Mayweather wants to fight Guerrero but not Pacman? I never want to say another fighter is scared of someone else, but what else is it? Guerrero is a good fighter, but Mayweather can beat him easily enough. This is like the Ortiz handpicking to get an easy enough fight. Floyd has to have Manny on his resume. And at this point, Manny and Floyd are getting older, it is almost too late for this to be seen as an elite fight.

the people who buy Floyd's handpicking have to be new to boxing. When a fighter wants to fight another fighter it happens. Like they said years ago, the main agreement for Hearns and Leonard in 1981 was made in an airport in 10 minutes. Floyd doesn't want the fight.
