This is off topic, but I like the way you have the division in groups like that. And, according to Zuniga, when Oosthuizen makes his move, he will succeed. Zuniga wasn't the same sort of test for Oosthuizen that he was 2005-2008, but he has fought 3 world champions and several decent contenders, so if he says Oos is the real deal, I'll take his word for it.

ahhh, thanx for a tidbit of info

So... he'll suffer the exact same fate that Hatton faced - bit off more than they could chew due to self-overrating

Ward has a bad chin? Based on being a prospect and hurt how many years ago?

So going through Kessler, Abraham and Froch without so much as buckling says Ward as atleast a decent chin backed up by a superb defense

Kelly last fight labored to a decision against a club fighter

If you really believe the ole alky you'd put your avy where your mouth is. :deal

errr, i think you misinterpreted what Hermit was really trying to say... anyone can acknowledge that Pavlik has a Puncher's Chance and plausibly take out Ward with a random punch that lands flush. And IF that happens, the Chincheckers will be all over it and say "I TOLD YOU SO", without giving Pavlik really any kudos.

Obviously, according to his performance in the Super6, the likelihood of that is extremely low, but still plausible

Good fight for KP. A scrap against one of the top p4p guys, and although he's rightly a huge underdog it's a great chance for glory.
As for Wards chin I see nothing that could compare him to either Amir Khan or George Chuvalo. He can be hurt certainly but his fitness and determination looks good enough for him to recover quickly.
Of course if he does get sparked somewhere along the line the chincheckers will be out in droves saying "I told you he was a fraud" like they're Nostra ****ing damus.

If Kessler and Froch didn't test Ward's chin... then Pavlik sure as **** wont.

It is definitely not the best fight for Kelly if he wants to win... but the one good thing is that he could easily have ended up looking at the ceiling against Froch and Kessler... whereas Ward is physically strong, but does not punch well. So unlikely Pavlik will get Koed.

So if Pavlik just wants to survive 12 rounds.. then Ward is a smart choice.
