Why are there so few dutch boxers?

    They dominate both kickboxing and mma yet you rarely even hear about them in boxing. Last dutch boxer that was known internationally was Regilio Tuur

    I think you answered your own question. Kickboxing and MMA are more popular in Holland.

    Maybe because kickboxing and mma are more mainstream than Boxing.

    Kickboxing rules the roost for Combat sport in Holland, and obviously it ties in with mixed martial arts.

    Badr Hari is gonna be the first Arab HW champion of the World and he is dutch

    The biggest problem that he has is that he keeps going to jail a lot. That is a great source of distraction to his career

    Really small country with limited talent pool. Other sports are more popular so most of the better athletes choose Soccer and those with a predisposition to fighting choose muay thai or kickboxing.

    I don't really think there is a guy with a worse jaw than that guy on such a high level. :lol:

    Khan looks iron compared to him, Hari got dropped clean by some rangefinder jab.
