Looks like Roach and Ariza are two hot heads. I believe Roach put his hands on some other reporter not too long ago. It's stressful when you are knee deep in a major boxing camp. Everyone who has an active role are on edge. Montoya was probably in the wrong place at the wrong time asking the wrong questions. This should be interesting.

The reporter Roach hemmed up was actually a bigger dude...he didn't look nerdy but he did look like a ***** getting handled by a 50 yr old with parkinsons. It was pretty funny...I hope we see the confrontation between Montoya and Ariza. I'm guessing it wasn't really all that physical given they say security broke it up.

that annoying little blogger was just respecting his elders. no young man is gonna strike anyone over their 40's. especially one with parkinsons.
but Montoya is a little rumour starting little nerd along with most of the Maxboxing camp. and talks alot **** on twitter. i can see why Ariza exploded.

Should be a video of this. Looks like Montoya must have been asking too many questions Ariza didn't like. Possibly about his association with JMM's strength coach? The plot thickens...

You guys do realize that Montoya is a 40 year old that makes less than $900 a month right?

Regardless. Getting handled by anyone, smaller, older and in the condition Roach is in doesn't reflect positively for the guy. For Roach, it makes him look like he's some no nonsense OG that will lay down the law with the quickness.

A lot of websites like starting rumors to get hits on their site. Fight hype is one of the worst. I remember a really crazy story that apparently saw one of Pacs ex sparring partners inject roids directly onto Manny. It was clearly a bogus story but Hype and Ring Talk both ran with it on their site only to have to pull it down after realizing the story wad bogus....but I'm sure they got some hits from their posting of the story. With the internet and how quickly these e-journalist's run with a story its no wonder you can't believe anything online unless its a direct quote from the source.

Alex was mad about a line of questioning to a source about him. Apparently that source informed him of my questions.

I was there for media day for Wild Card. We happened to pass each other on the way in and it was on.

It was a pretty funny. Media day and not one media person caught Pacquiao's strength coach squaring off in the parking lot with a reporter. A microcosm of boxing media.

    Funny day.
