Yeah but I do think even at 155 or whatever,he beats Travis Walker.
You know? This guy is a pimp.

Most folks dont know GGG is the HW savior as well.

He has heavy hands indeed but guys like Canelo , Cotto , Chavez Jr and Martinez would beat him.

Macklin, Geale and Barker would be some good tests for Golovkin to indicate how good he is.:yep

The way people talk about him you would think he was the second coming of Hagler.

I would say that age is not such a good indicator anymore, just look at Martinez or Waldo. I guess mileage, wear and tear are better to determine where a boxer stands.

GGG wasn't in wars so far, he could have plenty of years left.

One or more of them needs to accept a fight with him before we'll be able to find out.

Maggabi, Roldan, Tony Baltzar, Frank the animal flecher, Tony sibson, cave man lee, the list goes on and on.. My point is this all of this fighter had monster power, but they got delt with by much more superior technical fighter.. Im not sure why so many boxing fans today are overly impressed by power and speed. Cause in the end, the question still remains how does a fighter deal with a fighter that is much more powerful then themselves. I am much more impress by a fighter that can adapt rather than over power or out speed his opponent.

Alright, I saw the mitts work with Golovkin and Sanchez. He has a hard right, but I must admit i was the most impressed by the left hook. That was some serious banging.
Is it possible that Triple-G is a converted southpaw?

Anyway, you Golovkin haters out there, ******RacoonSwine especially...can you come up with some vid of mittswork from other boxers that is more impressive ?

Golovkin has received a lot of hype, whether that is deserved or not I don't know, but it sure isn't proven yet obviously.
But the reason why people love him is; because he is exciting! He brings an active style with good fundamental skills and he has destructive power.
He said he is willing to fight everyone, which is something every boxing fan wants to hear. Some people also predicted that Proksa would prove to be a tough task for Golovkin, well they were wrong.. Golovkin's destruction of Proksa has got people excited and they want to see more..

I am a fan of his and I believe that he can live up to some of the hype..

Bbalchump, what is your take on Golovkin?
What can he do to get you on his side?:hey

I am a fan and I admit I have fell in his hype maybe too much but **** look at him fighting. He is entertaining and so far has looked like some sort of wrecking machine. Seems like a humble and nice guy who openly says he want to fight, just bring 'em on. I like his attitude: "I just wannna fight".

So what is not to like and support him?

I dont care if he is gonna lose at some point and even gettin upset that is very likely with that attitude he has. But I do care that either win or lose he will bring the pain.

Sick of these pretenders we had as a champions for years recently. I believe this guy wants to be the best and not hiding in his home country and defending some garbage paper belt.

Ffs, dude could have already choose easier career defending his garbage belt at Europe but put everything on line and came to USA. He is willing to take risks:deal:good

Do you think a die-hard ***** like Bball is going to recognize the logic in what you're saying? It's doubtful.
