I know Johnson is a notorious trash talker who talks a great fight and has at times failed to back it up, but there's no doubting that the guy is very skilled and now working at the Mayweather boxing club he seems (in his serious talks) to be much more hungry and focused.

Plus the only real loss on his resume is Vitali Klitschko who beat him on points in a stinker, Fury is certainly no Vitali, the Prizefighter loss can you really count it? it's a format that doesn't suit fighters like Johnson, he says himself he takes a few rounds to get going and in a 12 rounder with Tor Hamer I'd fancy Johnson to do a bit of a job on him tbh.

I see Fury coming out fast and being frustrated by Johnson for the first 4 or 5 rounds then being caught by something big, his chin is still a little suspect imo and Johnson carries the snap to hurt Fury I've got no doubt.

Its quite likely that Johnson will frustrate the **** out of Fury but Fury's workrate will win it for him. (Lazy prediction I know but there you go)

    NO

Fury will take Johnson out pretty quickly :good

He won't get any credit for it thought.

David Price will get plenty for beating Skelton.

It's a curious route Price is taking tbf :good

I'll give Fury plenty of credit if he beats Johnson let alone finishing him early.

The Price/Skelton fight is a disgrace imo, no chance in hell is a 45 year old Skelton gonna win, I don't know what they're hoping to achieve by making that fight, another walkover win for Price, who I like, but he really needs to step it up after this fight in terms of competition.

will be an impressive win if Fury gets it. I do feel there is a chance he won't get the win though. This is a step up and the guy has decent skills. I think there is a serious chance Fury could taste defeat here. Stopped late or widely outpointed.

This is a hard fight for fury, despite his behaviour, Johnson is no mug, he's slick and black, with good defence and can bang a bit.

Credit fury for taking the fight, I have faith he get the W, but I doubt it will be easy, and I doubt it will be a stoppage

it sounds like Johnson and his coach have underestimated Fury from the comments they have made which will be an advantage for Fury who's coming off 5 months of intense training apparently looking so good in sparring that him,his promoter and uncle are talking about a fight with Wlad.

I'd say it's 60/40 maybe 70/30 in Fury's favour so there's a strong chance alright. If we cut out all the hype and nonsense about Fury the reality is he's only looked like a genuine top level prospect during his last 2 fights against Rogan and that Vinnie guy. Some will bring up the Chisora fight but that although a fun fight looked like two blokes fighting in a pub car park.

After a few rounds Johnson will run out of gas unless he fights Fury like he did Vitali, by covering up and not fighting..............

Is Johnson in shape? He's got decent technical skills and could give Fury nightmares IF, and it's a big if, if he shows up.
