Not when he was carrying way to much body fat , hindering agility and stamina. He needed to strip some weight off a bit. PLUS the paleo diet would of de-toxed his whole body causing his liver to function properly , after the years of abuse hes done to it. You really are a one track minded, uneducated fool mate.:deal

I'm intrigued and fair play to him as well, he's put in the hard graft.

Gervais is such a funny ****er.

Also, looks like he has better technique than what I've seen of flintoff

I must admit that I have been quite dismissive of the fight so far, but I watched the first episode of the Sky doc today and he has really won me round.

He seems like such a genuinely nice fella and he has certainly worked hard to get ready.

I for one will be cheering for him and I hope he proves his many doubters wrong.

All the haters saying they hope he gets hurt..... what is wrong with you? :-(

Unless Dawson's been brought over to take a dive, Flintoff isn't beating anyone. He's really poor.

Do you even know what the caveman diet is? Red meat and eggs.. It's a pure protien diet.. he's only been on it for a few months.

Its not mate. Its all meat , eggs , veg , minimal fruit and plenty of healty fats. No dairy and grains. Basically if u cant pick it , fish it or kill it u aint eating it. The paleo diet. It is immense for stripping fat while keeping you energised for hard work outs.

Would be funny if he started doing the shoulder roll and stuff and actually pulled it off.

I'm feeling the same way, his attitude and hard work have won me round. Good luck to him, win or lose he deserves a little respect.
