MONEY! Had a nice sum on the early KO! and,of course, I hope Skelton isnt hurt. Time to retire buddy, had a good, solid career, but he shouldnt be taking those shots at 45
do some of these guys hear themselves ffs..lol..some people need a reality check..price is levels below top 10 material at the min..
100 of the queens goldies on 2nd round ko...few beers for the boys on sunday night:good.. hope skelton is ok..hope he finally decides to call it a day now..
That is what is so exciting about British Heavyweight boxing. Most of the fights dont last long and someone gets Ko'd early
Skelton came to fight, got overpowered. I think Price needs to learn to control the distance a little better though; Skelton bored in quite a few times with Price just allowing him to do so. The finish was good from Price...good to see a tall heavyweight actually going to the body, and nice to see him having the presence of mind to throw the body shots. There are a lot of questions Price needs to answer, and to call on him to fight Wlad is ridiculously premature, but I'll say this: he'll give Wlad a much better argument than the likes of Wach, Mormeck etc. I'd like to see him fight Chisora next. Price really could do with a few solid rounds under his belt.
IB, this is amazingly descriptive. I had to work today & missed the fight, but it feels like I just actually watched it! Thanks. Next time I miss a fight, I'm gonna' get a looped recording of some crowd cheering, then blast it from my speakers while reading your RbR. It will be like those old-timey radio broadcasts. - No big surprised with the outcome, of course.
Price getting Skelton out in 2 rounds, when it took the highly rated Pulev 4 rounds is impressive, I guess. Price would smash Pulev though, so it's no surprise he did better against the same opponent.
