Johnson comes to life when he sees the gap, the opportunity...When its not there he clams up tight. Its not that he didnt want to engage he just never saw the opportunity. It was a well controlled (on all levels) balanced and impressive performance by Fury tonight....Im chuffed for the kid.

How about Pulev vs Price?. Pulev was 4-0 here.

:deal I would love to see either of Tyson or David fight Pulev.

I rate him, he's entertaining and I cetainly think he would offer them both a challenge.

I think he would possibly be more suitable for Pricey though because it would be a definite step up for him, with Fury I think the general consensus may be that its a step back.

I wouldn't agree with that though.

Pulev is in no way a step back for Fury, in fact if I was Fat Mick I would be trying to get that on now, its progression. I think that Fury would do him but a Pulev - Price fight would be much more entertaining :))

Fury was decent tonight I thought. Johnson is very difficult to look good against, he's durable, has quite fast hands and straight up refuses to trade. Fury stuck to the game plan, which is another box ticked in my opinion.

On another note, was not impressed at all with Price last night. Body shots covered up an average display. He needs to get a move on now, 29 years old and he's still at domestic level. He reminds me of a young Wladimir in some ways. Good at range, but horrible when forced to fight inside. At this point, Chisora beats him.

Whats not to love?? Stella amateur record and pretty much an all action fighter...well worth the money. Nobidy mentions him as a possible opponent becaue he's a bit more than dangerous :thumbsup

Pulev is a tough, tough fighter. The guy laughs at punches. His style makes me chuckle too. Never seen a guy load up a right hand which is so obvious like he does. Yet it works.

Price reputation seems to have gone bad for a few people this weekend, he didn't approach yesterdays fight the right way but he would expose Tyson.

:deal His name never seems to get mentioned as an opponent for Wladimir (or does it?!).

I think he would give Wladimir a much better fight than Haye did (I'm not saying he is better than Haye, I'm basing that more on Haye's awful showing).

He is really overlooked when people talk about the next generation of heavyweights.

I'm not saying he'll beat either of our fellas, but then again he just might, but he is definitely very much in the mix IMO.

The last fight he had for the European title (forget the other guys name, big lump trained by Scott Welch) was really good; and as you say a typical all action affair from him.
